The founder of Kar Sewa Sant Baba Sewa singh Ji was born in Vill. Naura Distt. Jalandhar. Baba ji was of hard working nature. He was blessed with four sons and two daughters. In his previous age he was running a Halwai Shop at Amritsar.In 1934, Baba Ji visited Anandpur Sahib at Hola Mohala alogn with friends, Baba Ji was deeply inspired by the workds of an lod woman. His heart was filled with ‘Beerag’ and he made up his mind to convert the demolishing building into great beautiful visiting Historical Gurusthans.

Baba Ji Prayed to the great Guru to strengthen him in achieving the success.

Sant Baba Sewa Singh Ji met Sant Baba Ghanaya Singh Ji of Pathlaba distt. Jalandhar and requested him to start the sewa of Bauli Sahib at Anandgarh Sahib at Anadpur Sahib. Baba Ji agreed with pleasure, Akhandpath was started and after Ardas, Baba Ji started the work at bauli Sahib. Sant Baba Ji worked day and night, Visited all over India, Collected money for the completion of Guru Sewa. Kila Anandgarh was converted into great Sangmermer (Marble) Gurudwara with Golden Kalash.

Sant Baba Sewa Singh Ji constructed two Langar halls near Bauli Sahib. Still now the water of Bauli Sahib is used in Langar. Apart of this 300 rooms were constructed fo r the devotees.

Sant Baba Sewa Singh Ji constructed Holy Gurudwara at Anandpur Sahib, Guru Ke Lahore and Kiratpur Sahib. He breathed his last on 22nd Jan. 1982 and merged with the devine soul.
